SharedServiceCompass offers an array of exclusive yacht charter services, inclusive of:

  • Yacht hire for the day
  • Evening boat tours
  • Business getaways
  • Exclusive social gatherings
  • Extended yacht excursions

Offerings are dependent on the yacht's availability and meteorological conditions. We retain the authority to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

In order to confirm a yacht reservation, an individual must:

  • Have reached a minimum age of 18 years
  • Submit precise and complete details
  • Submit the required advance payment as indicated in the booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Reservations become valid once payment is processed and a written confirmation is issued by us. It is within our rights to deny service to any client at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

The likelihood of booking a charter is contingent upon the yacht's availability and suitable weather conditions. Efforts will be made to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quotations are made in € and cover all relevant taxes unless indicated differently. Pricing is alterable and may change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the complete charter cost required at the time of reservation
  • Remaining balance: To be paid in full 48 hours prior to the departure of the yacht
  • Incidental expenses (if any): Settled following the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, electronic fund transfers, and bank-certified drafts. We employ secure, encrypted systems for the processing of payments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled over 72 hours before departure: Refund issued minus any transaction fees
  • For cancellations within 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should conditions be unsuitable for sailing as determined by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reorganize the charter to a subsequent available date without additional charges
  • Issue a complete refund should rescheduling be unavailable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the case of mechanical failures with the assigned vessel, efforts will be made to provide a comparable alternative. Should no alternative be available, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Comply with all commands from the crew
  • Use safety gear as required
  • Disclose any health conditions impacting their safety
  • Stay within the designated sections of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following objects are not allowed on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Unlawful materials
  • Guns or other armaments
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
  • Animals (unless approval is granted)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are required to behave respectfully. Any conduct by a passenger that endangers safety or disrupts the charter may lead to early termination of the trip without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is restricted to the charter fee paid by you. We do not hold responsibility for:

  • Injuries incurred owing to passenger negligence
  • The theft or destruction of personal property
  • Indirect, incidental or punitive losses
  • Delays resulting from weather or situations out of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Appropriate marine insurance is maintained for our vessels and operations. It is passenger’s responsibility to secure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our charter services, you acknowledge the inherent dangers related to marine activities and accept responsibility for personal health and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to adjust itineraries, courses, or schedules in response to weather, safety concerns, or operational demands. All efforts will be made to assure alternative experiences of comparable value.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside of our control, including, but not limited to:

  • Severe meteorological occurrences
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulations imposed by authorities
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private information is stewarded as per our Privacy Policy. Service usage constitutes agreement with information gathering and utilization as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
