What does a regular yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and complimentary refreshments. Additional inclusions are based on the type of service — sunset trips offer premium snacks and drinks, while business charters come with meeting facilities and professional catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking 2–3 weeks ahead is suggested, particularly for busy seasons (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, securing a reservation 4–6 weeks in advance provides more options and time for personalization.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our priority is safety. Should our captain deem the weather conditions unsafe, we will propose a new date for your yacht booking or issue a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are tracked closely, and we will inform you 24 hours prior to your departure if any issues arise.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer superb catering services that can be tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to make our services accessible to everyone. Certain yachts are equipped with better features for accessibility than others. We request that you discuss your requirements at the time of booking, so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and manage any necessary arrangements.
What's the cancellation policy?
A full refund is given for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure. Those cancelling between 24–72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical malfunctions on our part.
